METHOD OF APPLICATION:

STREGHTENING TECHNIQUE

1. Preparation: Remove old polish, shape the nail, and file the natural nail surface with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer to ensure optimal surface adhesion.
2. Manicure: Perform manicure
3. Degrease: Thoroughly degrease the nail plate in two steps using a lint-free wipe and an orange stick to clean the cuticle area. Use LUNAmoon Nail Prep.
4. Prime: Primer is optional, if the Base is acidic enough, it’s unnecessary
5. Apply Base Layer: Apply a thin layer of LUNAmoon Rubber Base with rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds in an LED/hybrid lamp (or 2 minutes in a UV lamp). Remove any tacky layer.
6. Apply Light Acrylgel: Apply a thin layer of the LUNAmoon Light Acrylgel, spread it evenly over the entire nail plate, and apply an additional drop of gel for leveling. Mold the material to fit the desired shape.
7. Cure: Cure in a 48W UV/LED lamp for 90 seconds (or longer in weaker lamps). Remove any remaining tacky layer.
8. Shape and File: If necessary, file to achieve desired shape and thickness. Always file the natural nail at least 1mm from the inside of the nail to prevent peeling.
9. Final Curing and Finishing: Apply a top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to maintain gloss.
10. Complete: Apply cuticle oil for hydration and finish.
