APPLICATION METHOD:

NAIL REINFORCEMENT

1. Remove the previous coating.
2. Do not file the natural nail shape, or leave 2 mm length to remove after leveling.
3. Gently file the nail surface with a 220-grit (without excessive pressure) to lift the nail plate scales, or use a 100-grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If using cuticle removers, wash hands with soap afterward.
6. Cleanse and dehydrate the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep, in two steps. Use four wipes (one per five nails). First, wipe the nail surface; second, wrap a wipe on an orange stick and clean the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Primer use is optional. If your rubber base has sufficient acidity, primer is not necessary.
8. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base using a flat gel brush, ensuring complete coverage of the sidewalls. Cure for 60 seconds.
9. Remove the inhibition layer.
10. Refine the nail shape after leveling. This creates sufficient thickness at the free edge for added strengths.
11. If the natural nail is very thin, remove approximately 1 mm from underneath free edge. This helps prevent lifting caused by the flexibility difference between the natural nail and the hard gel.
12. After filing, remove the inhibition layer and apply gel polish.
13. Apply top coat, curing for 120 seconds.
14. Do not wipe the top coat after curing, as doing so may reduce its gloss.

CLASSIC NAIL EXTENSION

1. 1. Remove the previous coating.
   2. Shorten the natural nail to approximately 1 mm and shape it into a rounded form.
   3. Lightly etch the nail surface with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer.
   4. Perform the manicure.
   5. If using cuticle removers, wash hands thoroughly with soap afterward.
   6. Cleanse and dehydrate the nail with LUNAmoon Nail Prep using the same two-step method described above.
   7. Apply LUNAmoon Primer.
   8. Apply a thin rubbing layer of LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush, ensuring full coverage of the sidewalls. Cure for 60 seconds.
   9. Remove the inhibition layer.
   10. Fit the extension form to create the desired free edge.
   11. Sculpt the nail extension with clear builder gel and cure for 30 seconds.
   12. Refine the free edge and shape the extension.
   13. Remove the inhibition layer and any filing dust.
   14. Reapply LUNAmoon Rubber Base to the areas that were filed and cure for 30 seconds.
   15. Apply and level the Shimmer Gel. Place the nail in the lamp and pinch the arch after 10–15 seconds. If the gel has strong tackiness or contains glitter, pinch after 20 seconds.
   16. Complete curing for 120 seconds.
   17. Remove the inhibition layer before applying gel polish.
   18. Finish with top coat and cure for 120 seconds.
   19. Do not wipe the top coat after curing, as this may reduce its shine.
